Why did you start coaching?
I went in to find out what I could do outside the gym to help my daughter with her training and took an interest in coaching. I began helping voluntarily before starting up the men’s section at West Lothian.
What is you favourite apparatus?
If I had to choose it would be high bar, but I like coaching them all.
What is your favourite food?
A dream does not become a reality through magic, it takes sweat, determination and hard work.
