At West Lothian GC we offer a range of classes for boys and girls to suit all ages and abilities. Our structured classes ran by qualified coaches incorporate strength, flexibility, speed, balance, co-ordination and power. Whether a child is involved in recreational or competitive gymnastics, the skills they learn can benefit their overall development in many ways.
