Gymnastics provides an opportunity for children and young people to acquire not just physical skills, but social and emotional skills that will be a compass for their future. At West Lothian GC we offer a range of classes for boys and girls to suit all ages and abilities. Our structured classes ran by qualified coaches incorporate strength, flexibility, speed, balance, co-ordination and power. Whether a child is involved in recreational or competitive gymnastics, the skills they learn can benefit their overall development in many ways.
I love coming to gymnastics and participating in the sport, the club has helped me with confidence & self-belief and I have made sound incredible friends along the way.
My little girl attended her first trial last week, normally a little shy and quiet, she skipped on in and came out with the biggest smile on her face!!! She talked about it the whole way and for days after, she cannot wait for her next class. The staff were friendly and very helpful
