Biography

How long have you been coaching for?

5 Years.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

enjoy going to the gym, studying and spending time with friends.

Why did you start coaching?

I was a competitive gymnast for many years at the club and always knew I wanted to coach when I was older. I started volunteering a few hours a week alongside training. After an injury I decided to stop training and started my career as a coach. I have always loved the sport and knew I wanted to help gymnasts progress and grow throughout their time within gymnastics.

What is you favourite apparatus?

Bars.

What is your favourite food?

Salt and Vinegar Crisps.

How long have you been coaching for?

Competitive gymnastics for 5 years.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Spending time with my friends, family and my dog. I also enjoy travelling and seeing the world.

Why did you start coaching?

I used to do gymnastics and I loved the sport and wanted to help others achieve their potential within the sport.

What is you favourite apparatus?

I like doing floor and my favourite to coach is Bars.

What is your favourite food?

I like Thai food or steak.

Tough times never last, but tough people do.

How long have you been coaching for?

7 Years.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Watching Football and TV Series.  Going to the Gym.

Why did you start coaching?

o I was a gymnast and when I decided to stop training, I made the transition into coaching. I never lost the love of the sport and was lucky enough to get the opportunity to coach full time. .

What is you favourite apparatus?

As a Gymnast, Pommel Horse.  As a Coach, Parallel Bars.

What is your favourite food?

Ribs.

A dream does not become a reality through magic, it takes       sweat, determination and hard work.
