We offer recreational classes for boys and girls of all abilities from school age to teenagers. Our five stage program allows for development and progression and ensures all members participate in a class that caters to their individual needs.

Our experienced team will assess the entry stage level of each member during their first taster session. Gymnasts are continually assessed and progress to the next stage if and when our team feel they are ready.

All recreational members will have the opportunity to compete on floor and vault in our annual club competition.

Boys of all ages are welcome in our mainstream recreational staged classes, however it any boys aged 8 and over wish to participate in a boys only recreational class, we have a class available on a Thursday 6pm-7pm
